NewLife Homes has worked with Green Insight on 3 projects; NLH4, Luna Lodge, and Sundowner, all of which achieved LEED Platinum. This was remarkable given the challenges of marrying energy efficiency with the very restrictive requirements of historic preservation, and the environmental challenges of contaminated sites. Green Insight has guided us through all phases of the project life cycle; from initial site assessment, through submissions to numerous funding agencies including detailed LEED checklists, through contract administration, quality control, certification, and assistance with marketing SBTC. All projects have been challenging, and Green Insight has been a critical team player helping  ensure projects exceed expectations.
