Green Raters play a critical role in the LEED for Homes process, overseeing all verification services on a project. Green Insight business model is built around Green Raters working as contractors to the company not employees. This business model allows you to identify one of the green raters listed below to work on your project. You will notice that we have approved green raters in different parts of the country.
Green Insight LLC is required by the US Green Building Council to oversee all contracted personnel. This includes, but is not limited to, all consultants performing field inspections and performance testing. We coordinate and provide quality management services for all contracted Green Raters. Each rater provides us with their qualifications including their resumes, HERS (Home Energy Rating System) and Green Rater certificates, green building continuing education, etc. In turn we provide educational opportunities for the Green Raters and shared learning opportunities. We ensure that all Green Raters utilized by Green Insight LLC are qualified to verify project conformity with the LEED™ for Homes rating system.

Not every Green Rater is right for your job. Review each Green Raters resume, project profiles and links to their web pages. Due to different project types, level of experience and expressed interest Green Insight acknowledges the qualifications of different raters for different types of projects.
